Home from Home

Most of us experience moments in which the ordinary is charged with significance. These epiphanies make up Home from Home where Chris Mann and musicians led by Elijah Madiba present a programme of original song-poems. Artwork by Julia Skeen will be projected onto a screen hung from the rafters of the nave as the band performs songs that restore Christian symbolism to the folk tradition. A new book entitled Home from Home will be on sale at a festival price of R100.

Dates: 23, 29 and 30 June from 18:00-19:00
Dates: 25 and 26 June from 19:00-20:00
Tickets: R35 (available from Computicket or at the door)
